Billing: Biannual shipments will automatically be billed to the credit card account provided. You may cancel your membership after receiving the first shipment, provided you give 30 days' notice in writing prior to the next upcoming shipment.
Shipping Address: Please be aware that someone over 21 must be at home to receive and sign for the package. Please consider this when choosing your shipping address. If you cannot ship to a business and would like to arrange for SATURDAY Delivery, please make a note of that in the NOTES field.
Receiving alcohol: All alcoholic beverages are sold in California and title passes to the buyer. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import any wines into any state outside of California. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you. In placing your order, you represent yourself to us that you are of at least 21 years old. Wines may only be sold and delivered to persons who are 21 years old. When your wine is delivered, the person receiving the delivery may be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old.
Personal Information: Hoi Polloi Winery agrees to hold your personal information in the strictest confidence. We will never sell, lend or give away that information to anyone.
Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are part of the initial effort to ship the package. Cost per shipment is $16 via GSO overnight within CA. All case orders are shipped for $5. Returned items that must be resent will be charged separately on your credit card. If we cannot complete the shipment, we will refund your purchase on your credit card, less shipping costs.
